This means that we determine the purposes as well as the means of the processing and therefore we are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
AXONAL-BIOSTATEM is committed to respecting the rules of protection of the privacy of its candidates, its customers, prospects and visitors to its website. All the processing of personal data implemented in the context of its services complies with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and in particular the provisions of the amended Loi Informatique et Libertés n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016) or “GDPR”.

- Integrity and confidentiality: your personal data benefit from an appropriate level of security in accordance with the implementation of our technical and organizational security measures. AXONAL-BIOSTATEM implements these measures in order to guarantee a level of security adapted to the inherent risk of its processing operations, comply with regulatory requirements and protect the rights and personal data of the people concerned when designing processing operations.
AXONAL-BIOSTATEM has adopted this privacy policy which explains who, what, where, when, how and why we process your personal data. This may be modified at any time in order to maintain a level of compliance in accordance with legal and regulatory developments. The consultation of any changes is possible at any time in this policy: the date of update is mentioned.

- AXONAL-BIOSTATEM Directors/Managers.
V. Transfer of personal data outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA)
Your personal data is not subject to data transfer outside the EU or EEA. If this transfer were to take place, AXONAL-BIOSTATEM would comply with the instructions mentioned in its standard operating procedure and according to the applicable regulations (for example: verify that the recipient country ensures an adequate level of protection in terms of personal data protection, implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, certification mechanisms, code of conduct, additional safeguards or obtain the explicit consent of data subjects to the transfer).
VI. Security of personal data
In accordance with our personal data protection policy, AXONAL-BIOSTATEM implements technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of your personal data against possible security incidents that may lead to:

VIII.Applicable rights for data subjects
In accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the GDPR and Articles 84 to 86 of the amended LI&L, you have in all cases the rights of access to your personal data, rectification, restriction of processing and erasure – under certain conditions, and to specify your instructions on the fate of your data after your death.
If the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller: in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you, justifying reasons relating to your particular situation.
If the legal basis is the contract or pre-contractual measures: in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to portability of the personal data you have provided to us.
